Novum Technology Labs is a DBA of KDB Enterprises LLC, an Arizona limited liability company. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you and KDB Enterprises LLC (“Novum Technology Labs,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), governing your access to and use of novumtechlab.com and all related products, automation software, voice receptionist systems, and professional services.
By accessing our site, scheduling a consultation, entering your contact details, or engaging our software solutions, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Mobile SMS Messaging Terms (TCPA / 10DLC Compliance)
By providing your mobile telephone number through our contact forms, interactive qualification tools, appointment schedulers, or in-call requests, you consent to receive SMS text notifications from the Novum Technology Labs SMS Alerts & Customer Communication Service.
Key Program Terms & Conditions:
- Service Description: Our mobile messaging program is used exclusively for transactional notifications, appointment confirmations, schedule reminders, customer care follow-ups, and direct technical inquiry responses.
- Message Frequency: Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Message frequency varies based on your requested appointment schedule and the frequency of your interactions with our team.
- Message & Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
- Opt-Out / STOP Instructions: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to our phone number. After you send the SMS message STOP to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, sign up as you did the first time and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

- Carrier Disclaimer: Neither Novum Technology Labs nor mobile wireless carriers (including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, or regional carriers) are liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
3. Services & Discovery Consultations
Novum Technology Labs delivers proprietary business automation, voice artificial intelligence, custom API integrations, and process engineering. Discovery calls and consultation sessions provided through the website are exploratory and do not create a binding engineering commitment until an explicit Statement of Work (SOW) or Master Services Agreement (MSA) is executed.
4. Intellectual Property
All website content, designs, illustrations, brand names, software workflows, UI components, code samples, and trademarks on this site are the intellectual property of KDB Enterprises LLC and are protected under United States and international copyright, trademark, and trade secret laws. No portion of this site may be duplicated, modified, or scraped without prior written authorization.
5. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
This website and all information provided herein are made available on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, KDB Enterprises LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied.
